Discounts for Asylum Seekers

We offer discounts to anyone claiming asylum in the Norwich whilst they are awaiting the results of their asylum request and are unable to work.

(Identification will be asked for upon booking in for a repair)

We reserve the right to refuse any repair that is not financially affordable or sensible to do.

This discount can not be applied to Ebikes.

 

These discounts are not funded or subsidies and come from the kindness of Norwich Bicycle Repair Co-operatives hearts. Because of this we can only afford to do 2 asylum seeker repairs per week.

 

We are open Monday To Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (close for lunch between 12:30-1pm)

 

Asylum repairs are not guaranteed to be repaired the same day, but should be repaired within 5 working days.
